I’ve worked in the executive seat and at the workbench, and I’m at home in both.

I’ve designed and delivered end-to-end solutions for mid-market companies, combining enterprise, mid-market, and small-business tools to fit the business instead of bending the business to fit the tools. My leadership spans product, engineering, and design for the systems that run marketing, sales, and operations, so I know how the pieces connect and where they break. I’m at my best helping companies that are ready to grow: setting direction, building what’s needed, and putting AI to work where it actually moves the business. Strategic at heart and intentional by habit, I’m always running an experiment, and I know when to pull the big lever and when to stack the 1% improvements that compound.

Off the clock, I’m a maker. I was owner-builder on our home, from foundation to landscape and tape measure to excavator. Now it’s woodworking, a 3D printer that rarely rests, and the piano when I can steal the time.
